I am a facilitator. I use unique skills —called design thinking° tools — to help communities and organizations identify innovative solutions to wicked problems° (and not-so-wicked problems).
I've been doing this work within design firms for over 20 years. WIK*D is a company that focuses on design research, facilitation, and synthesis as a service to design firms, communities and companies, providing a way to better hear and collaborate with their audiences.

I help ordinary people
crack wicked problems wide open.
People who live and work every day in their communities have valuable creative insights.
I challenge them to forge their own futures.
Every workshop I facilitate is custom-designed to address specific strategic goals.
My tools are simple and well thought-out. They are created based on the problem or challenge. The output is so often extraordinary.
